When is check-in and check-out?
Check in is from 3 pm and check out is possible until 11 am. In our Deluxe rooms, late check-out is possible until 1 pm. Please inform our reception of your arrival time before your arrival.
An early check-in or late check-out can be booked for a surcharge, subject to availability.
Where can I park?
Our hotel has 120 parking spaces directly at the hotel for 8.00 euros per day. Reservations are not possible.
From when to when is breakfast served?
Our breakfast times are Monday to Friday from 6.00 am to 10.00 am and Saturday, Sunday and public holidays from 7.00 am to 11.00 am.
As a non-hotel guest, you are welcome to have breakfast with us for 19.50 euros by prior arrangement.
Are there family rooms or extra beds in the hotel?
There are no family rooms in our hotel. We have a limited number of extra beds available. Please ask our reception team about availability directly before you book.
Are there baby cribs?
We are happy to provide you with a baby crib for 8.50 euros / night. Of course, you can also bring your own baby crib.
What are the opening hours of the sauna?
You can leave everyday life behind you from 12 noon to 10 pm.
To use the sauna, please let reception know approx. 30 minutes in advance to ensure that the sauna is heated up.
What are the opening hours of the hotel bar?
Our hotel bar is usually open daily from 15:00 to midnight.
When is the restaurant open and when does the kitchen close?
We serve Saxon and international specialties Monday to Saturday from 18:00 to 22:00. On Sundays and public holidays, we are happy to recommend an alternative in the center within walking distance.
Our kitchen closes at 9 pm.
Is the WLAN free of charge?
WLAN is free of charge for all guests in the accommodation and conference area.
